Opened in 2012, West Grace Street Student Housing – South serves as a residence hall for upperclassmen.
The LEED-certified building offers 112 fully furnished apartments, each sleeping four students in either two or four bedrooms. Every apartment includes connections for Internet and cable, a washer and dryer, a full kitchen and two bathrooms. Building features include 24-hour security, access to parking, two outdoor courtyards with seating, and study lounges and community rooms on every floor.
